Project of the Year Award

An annual award recognizing excellence in project management. Each year, the Project Management Institute, North Saskatchewan Chapter (PMI-NSC), recognizes one project that best demonstrates the value to that Project Managers deliver within our chapter. We present this award to the Project Manager(s) whose projects demonstrate leadership and create innovation for organizations. The selected project will have delivered significant value and return on investment for the customer, and demonstrated organizational and societal benefits beyond the stated scope of the project.

In order to qualify, Project Managers must be nominated:

  • Exceptional performance on at least one PMI knowledge area
  • Capital budget of at least $50,000 and up to $100,000 or more
  • Not a recurring or operational project
  • Project completion date between January 1st, 2019, and January 31st, 2020
