Presentation Overview:

This session expands on the December 9, 2020 session “Creating an Enterprise View of Work Using Agile", where we introduced Lean/Agile methodologies and discussed their fit in a Gant chart project world. It will start with a fast review of key points from the first session. Then it takes the conversation forward into practice, looking at strategies to leverage Lean Systems Thinking and Agile to improve project execution. The flow of the presentation will take attendees through the core elements of Lean/Agile systems thinking, and then demonstrate approaches to embedding these strategies into typical project work.  Strategies presented apply to all types of work, from knowledge work to manufacturing and construction.
