Are you curious to see how one organization applied the Disciplined Agile (DA) toolkit to transform their teams to greater value delivery? Walk through a transformation case study of a large Canadian Insurance company. Using multiple lifecycles, visual radiators and lean change techniques you will see an overview of Disciplined Agile as well as the actual application of some of the DA practices. Disciplined Agile was acquired by PMI in August of 2019. DA is a tool kit that harnesses hundreds of Agile practices to guide you to the best way of working for your team or organization.
Lisa is passionate about coaching leaders and teams to foster successful and transformational change in organizations and building products and services using fit for purpose approaches. She has a broad combination of education and experience with agile, lean, adult learning, change management and information technology and is accredited through PMI-DA to teach Disciplined Agile certification courses. Lisa believes learning is a lifelong process and considers sharing knowledge to be vital in every aspect of her life, which is why Lisa enjoys being an agile coach and trainer. When not at work, you can find her teaching fitness, volunteering in the agile community, mixing martinis and making memories with her family.
