Presentation Overview:
Are you curious to see how one organization applied the Disciplined Agile (DA) toolkit to transform their teams to greater value delivery? Walk through a transformation case study of a large Canadian Insurance company. Using multiple lifecycles, visual radiators and lean change techniques you will see an overview of Disciplined Agile as well as the actual application of some of the DA practices. Disciplined Agile was acquired by PMI in August of 2019. DA is a tool kit that harnesses hundreds of Agile practices to guide you to the best way of working for your team or organization.
