Presentation Title: Rise Above Routine: Embracing Life Beyond Your Comfort Zone

Presentation Overview:

Predictability feels safe—but it can quietly cap team performance, innovation, and engagement. Rise Above Routine equips PMs and leaders to recognize comfort-zone patterns, reframe fear as fuel, and build consistency that sustains momentum. Using stories and a guided self-reflection checklist, participants craft a 7-day micro-action plan and a “Bold Ask” to advance a real project or career goal. Attendees leave with practical tools to strengthen influence, resilience, and follow-through—on the job and beyond.

Presentation Learning Objective:

Enable participants to identify where routine is limiting impact and apply a simple framework to take courageous, consistent action aligned with project and organizational goals.

Key Learning points:

  1. Name the zone: Recognize emotional/behavioral cues that keep you in routine.
  2. Failure fuel: Reframe setbacks to accelerate learning and innovation.
  3. Consistency wins: Use the ICAN Principle to drive daily, visible progress.
  4. Ask boldly: Communicate needs and make specific, timely requests.
