Presentation Title: 5 Pillars of Authentic Leadership

Presentation Overview:

Step into your Power. Everyone has a story of resilience.  The key is learning how we can use our story of resilience to leave the light on for ourselves and others in our career. It becomes powerful when we can turn our setbacks and challenges in our lives into a way to step forward, by reframing change it becomes an opportunity that can lead to impactful growth. We can use our ability to think differently about our careers to help identify opportunities, where previously we did not see a path forward for ourselves and those around us that we connect with every day. We can use the 5 Pillars of Authentic leadership to support us through any period of change or transition. The presentation will step you through how to reframe change as opportunity as an authentic leader to step into your power and to share your own powerful story

Presentation Learning Objective:

For the audience to step away from the presentation knowing their personal story is powerful that they can step into their power as authentic leaders by applying the 5 pillars and turn any change or transition into opportunity.
