Bruno Freitas, MSc, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned project management leader with over 20 years of experience helping organisations transform their PMOs into strategic and customer-centric groups. With a background managing portfolios exceeding $100M and leading PMOs at organisations like AIMCo, Canadian Western Bank, and Manulife, Bruno specialises in aligning project initiatives with business goals to deliver measurable value.
As the Founder and CEO of JBF Consulting Group, Bruno empowers PMO leaders to drive results through innovative strategies, cutting-edge tools, and customer-focused practices. His extensive expertise is complemented by his role as a Judging Committee Member for PMI’s Global PMO of the Year Award and PMI Brazil’s PMO of the Year Award, where he evaluates and celebrates excellence in PMO practices worldwide.
Holding an MBA in Finance, a Master’s in Computer Science, and multiple certifications, including PMI’s PMO Certified Practitioner, Bruno is passionate about guiding the evolution of PMOs into drivers of organisational success.
