Ryan Straschnitzki:
Ryan Straschnitzki is a former hockey player who played for the Humboldt Broncos for the 2018-2019 season , he is the founder of the Straz Strong charity organization and is in current pursuits to play in the paralympics one day.
He attends physiotherapy regularly to achieve his dream of walking again someday. Through his commitment and determination, he is making progress at each and every session.
Ryan’s journey has not been an easy one. He understands that each and every day will be a battle not just physically, but mentally as well.
He enjoys public speaking where he spreads messages of positivity and motivation to those looking for ways to adapt and change their lives for the better.
Ryan has received incredible support from around the world and through his foundation he hopes to give back to the disabled community. His dream is to one day live in a world where people with both mental and physical disabilities can have a better quality of life through adaptive sport funding, gain access to inexpensive rehabilitation, and increase social awareness for those who have a limited understanding of how life is for someone with a disability.
Alan Mallory:
Alan is an international speaker, author and performance coach who is passionate about reaching new heights in all that we do. He has a degree in Engineering from Queen’s University, a Masters in Psychology from Adler University, and has worked all over the world as a professional engineer and project manager, giving him a well-balanced approach to the inner and outer challenges we all face. Building experience through a lifestyle of adventure and challenge, Alan embarked on the journey of a lifetime and set a world record on Mount Everest along with three members of his immediate family. He believes in empowering people and embracing an agile mentality focused on relationships and results.
Sylvia Gackle:
Sylvia Gackle is an international business writing expert and the managing partner of Wordsmith, a consulting company that has been helping writers gain confidence and businesses optimize their writing processes for over four decades. She has run many successful multi-level writing programs for large organizations. And her impactful work with writers and reviewers boosts team effectiveness and stakeholder engagement, streamlines projects, and significantly reduces process time and cost.
Olatunji (TJ) Odugbesan:
Olatunji (TJ) Odugbesan is a cybersecurity executive with 20+ years of experience leading security, risk, and compliance initiatives across sectors like healthcare, finance, government, and education. Known for aligning security with business goals, heenables secure innovation and resilience.
A certified CISO, Olatunjihas led SOC transformations, enterprise security programs, and AI-driven risk frameworks, with expertise in ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, and PIPEDA compliance. With credentials including CISSP, CISM, and CCIE, he delivers results through cloud security leadership, executive engagement, and awareness programs. Olatunjiis also a mentor and advocate for building cybersecurity talent in underrepresented communities.
Jake McGaffin:
Jake McGaffin is an IT Director, Senior Project Manager, and leadership development coach who helps leaders and teams simplify complexity and grow with confidence. With an MBA in Global Leadership and a Master of Engineering Management in Entrepreneurship and
Innovation, Jake blends real-world experience with proven strategies to build resilientteams and deliver results. His speaking style is engaging, practical, and rooted in servant leadership and transformational growth.
