Presentation Overview:
Transition Planning was the final phase of the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Project, which prepared the facility and staff for the first patient day. An outline of the workstreams within this phase, along with tools, tactics and strategic approach will be discussed.
Speaker Biography:
Crystal McAra, Director of Operational Readiness and Transition Planning for the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, has been in the field of project management for nearly 18 years with experience in both healthcare and telecommunications industries. Crystal is currently employed with the Saskatchewan Health Authority and has been PMP certified since 2005.
