Presentation Overview:
Roman and Brad will provide an overview of the Co-op Retailing System (CRS), historic use of technology in the CRS, and challenges/opportunities facing us as we work to rebuild the foundation that will introduce a new era of technology that will meet the growing expectations of increasingly digital employees and consumers.
Speakers Biography:
Roman Coba joined Federated Co-operatives in Nov 2018 as the Vice President of Technology. Prior to joining FCL, Roman has worked internationally with WalMart and has held senior IT leadership roles with Loblaws, McCain Foods, and Emera Energy.
Brad Zimmer joined Federated Co-operatives in 2002, and spent the first part of his career working in Operations Research before moving into various roles in IT. He is currently the AVP of Systems and Operations.
