Leading your Team with Powerful Questions

Power Skills
A recent study between Human Capital Institute (HCI) and the International Coach Federation (ICF) noted that the preferred management style is moving from command and control to a new style based on inclusion, involvement, and participation.  A leader’s ability to ask questions that involve thoughtful dialogue, creativity, and ownership increases employee engagement and productivity. This becomes a highly sought-after leadership soft skill.
