EXP060.3 – Advanced Project Management & PMP® Exam Prep Seminar

This is a 5-day seminar, with full-day sessions delivered over 4 weeks. This delivery schedule provides students with ample opportunity to discuss issues with our instructors, identify areas for development and deepen their understanding of advanced project management principles and techniques including Agile principles in order to successfully create and manage projects and pass the PMP® Certification exam.  This seminar is based on the current PMBOK® Guide and the current Exam Content Outline for the PMP® Exam.

EXP Consulting is pleased to announce they are now an Authorized Training Partner - RMC Learning Solutions. Our new group of training materials are provided in advance of the training to those participants with paid invoices. Materials include:

This is a foundation seminar on which project managers can build and enhance their project management skill set. The course provides comprehensive coverage of the principles and techniques necessary for successful project management.

This two-day training course is designed for project managers wanting project success through universally accepted strategies and techniques.

Training delivery model of this course: Classroom Instructor Delivered (pending Covid-19)

· Limits enrolment to approximately 15 seats

· Delivers topics in the sequence usually encountered by a project manager when initiating a new project

· Utilizes small group work sessions following the delivery of each topic

· Introduction to different project developmental approaches

· Enables participants to model planning a project and developing the documentation for implementation and control

· Provides useful templates for project planning

· Simulates project execution and monitoring and control by creating imaginary scenarios and allowing participants to apply solutions to various issues and mitigate variances from planned cost, time and quality constraints

· Includes addressing resource use issues, communication techniques and stakeholder management
