Speaker: Anna Migicovsky MBA, BSc (Hons)
Speaker Biography: Anna Migicovsky, MBA, BSc (Hons), is a management consultant at Bellrock Benchmarking. Anna brings a strong organizational and coaching skillset from working in a diverse range of industries including construction, manufacturing, wearable technology, and social enterprise. She has always been drawn to complex problems. With her background in science and experience in business, she is passionate about using human-centered design and systems thinking principles to help leaders implement change across their organizations. Bellrock helps business leaders solve their toughest problems through business training and consulting.
Presentation Overview: In this presentation, Anna Migicovsky from Bellrock will provide tools and resources to identify top performers, develop their talents and ensure they are motivated to stay with the organization and challenged just enough to stay in flow. Participants will learn how to foster relationships with staff, develop their strengths and create a positive work environment.
